I am a fully qualified sports massage and hostilic massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. I have worked in several different settings during this time and gained a wealth of experience to focus my treatments on each client’s needs, whether to support pain management with muscle tension release or stress relief with soothing relaxation. I am passionate about well-being and supporting physical and mental health. I specialise in Sports, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, Akwaterra, Indian head, and pregnancy massage.
