Booked for an eyebrow wax, Elina said tweezers would be more precise and sighed when I said I booked for a wax and normally get them waxed. I then assumed she would wax them but after I was ready to start she started plucking my which was a very uncomfortable experience for someone with thick eyebrows. I would have asked her to stop but I’d paid £20 and didn’t want to leave looking worse with half an eyebrow done. Feeling really disappointed.
