Although I enjoyed the overall ambience of the place, I didn’t appreciate it when the stylist I have picked was swapped with somebody else. I wasn’t informed about this change beforehand. The stylist that cut my hair was unfortunately not so eager to follow my requests; she ended up giving me a haircut in a way she wanted to, which was significantly different than the examples I showed her. Nice place, but they should focus more on communication.
