Unfortunately quite disappointed. Asked for some assistance to get a colour match or some recommendations for base colour (for French manicure/white tip manicure) that suits my brown skin. Was told to just do it myself, twice, and felt quite isolated during receiving my service. I’m not the nail expert, so feeling like I was not catered to with professional expertise made me feel like I was asking for above and beyond. Ultimately, I was given orange nails. Not an exaggeration.
