Once I have arrived to the barber the staff had no idea about my booking and made me immediately realize they are not too happy about it. After all it is not about the business and customer service because its Friday night and they have their own plans. The girl was overly vocal about her every thought as if customers were supposed to care or be her audience. She has repeatedly tried to tease me which I find highly unprofessional as a customer. Staff forgot they are there for the clients.
