I wanted a straight forward trim of a couple of inches but actually had more off in "hairdresser inches" (2 inches off = 4 inches). Thankfully I dont mind but many people would be upset about that. The salon was very busy and I had a wait as the hairdresser had another customer with a colour treatment, so also not too happy about a distracted hairdresser.
