Overall 12/10. Demi was very conscientious and took time to make my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She was meticulous in folding the foil to not make the highlights patchy. I have a lot of hair and it usually does take ages to get it done, so having a lovely person to cut your hair that was easy to chat to, but that also reminded you that it's ok if you want to take a break or stretch your legs, was a huge relief. Cannot recommend enough.
