Welcoming and cleanliness great (they always offer a drink but I already had mine)! Galina did an amazing job! First of all, she did an amazing hair washing/massage (I always fell asleep), she asked me how long I wanted my hair to be and she cut the exact quantity of hair I wanted to be cut (first time ever!). The blow dry looked great and now my hair is shinier and healthier! Best price and quality I have found in London. I will come back for sure :)!
