Booked a lunchtime massage an moved my schedule around as was having neck pain.
I went to the venue, shown to a room by a member of staff an was told the masseuse wouldn’t be long. 13 minutes later the lady arrived to tell me she could not do my massage as she is ‘ doing laser all day ‘ I am still awaiting a phone all back from them to advise how an when they will refund me!
I had such a great experience with Ellie - she's so knowledgeable and proficient and made me feel really welcome. I absolutely love my nails! Have already booked again.
Great experience- Charl did an incredible job, precise but didn’t take long at all. Atmosphere in the salon was also great, one of the stylists could be a stand up comedian
