I had balayage at the start of December,which was fine but there was bleach spilt in the low lights.The stylist noticed this and asked me to come back for it to be fixed,I struggled to do this before lockdown with having 2 toddlers,juggling work and living a good few miles from the salon,I tried to contact them to possibly get a part refund so I could go local,but no one came back to me,so am now sporting a white stripe across one side of my hair!This isn’t really acceptable for over £100.
