I didn’t really get what i asked for more what the stylist thought was best and was left disappointed by end result. I had to go elsewhere to fix and get it the way I originally wanted.

Asked (and paid for) a soft balayage but received super chunky highlights. My nice long healthy hair has now been bleached to an inch of its life and will take a long time to fix. Super disappointed and feel like the job was super lazy and slapdash.
