Went for a haircut that was a drastic change from my normal style. Gemma was really attentive and clearly knew what she was doing. She made sure I knew what she was doing at every step and always checked with me to make sure I was happy with it. Gave lots of advice on how to maintain my new haircut. Lovely salon with a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
