Just been for my second set of full head highlights with Gemma and couldn’t be happier with them - she’s managed to turn my dark brown dyed hair back to its natural blonde (probably even lighter than natural) in just two visits and I’m amazed at the result. Gemma is absolutely lovely and has great chat - the salon is very welcoming and I highly recommend!

Having a good experience before, this time I was really disappointed. I brought a picture and had a clear conversation about what I wanted. I was left with a style very different to what I asked for and ended up going to another salon the next day to salvage it because I was so unhappy with the cut. The salon was exceptionally busy and wonder if this meant my stylist was distracted and overstretched. An expensive mistake for me. I
