The massage therapist was lovely but I had to ask her several times to decrease the pressure during the treatment. The next day, I was in absolute agony and could not lie on my back for 2 days. I have mixed feelings because once the swelling went down, I felt like the knots had really been worked out of my back but I'm not sure the pain was worth it.
