a bit confusing as I spent 10 minutes trying to find the place (it's in the basement of a hairdressers so isn't sign posted outside and doesn't have a front door. although the hairdresser staff are rude, the staff at netala message are lovely and my masseuse was very apologetic and even have me a longer massage as an apology. will definitely go back super friendly and great massage
