Nessa was very lovely and welcoming, made sure I was comfortable, and the studio is spotless. Unfortunately the eyelash extensions are rather painful (maybe because I need to adjust after not having them for a month, maybe due to the style I got), and the length was too long for my liking (I take blame as I asked for 16 on outer corners but forgot to mention I wanted a natural gradual progression).
Overall would like to say that my experience was good, shame my eyelashes didn’t turn out how I hoped ! Maybe next time.

Vanessa was amazing and very professional, it was my first time and she made me feel comfortable and my lashes were exactly how I wanted! Would highly recommend, great value for what you get as well. Love my lashes!

I would firstly like to say that Nessa’s studios was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately that’s all I can positively say about my experience. Getting these lash extensions has really put me off from getting eyelash extensions ever again. To begin with the lash fall out was very quick and unexpected. Upon leaving the studio four lashes had already fallen off and then one week into having the lashes around 10-15 had fallen out which was upsetting as I had got them done for a a special event. One thing that rang alarm bells was the fact that I was offered lash adhesive to extend the length of the lash life, I have had lashes before and with good care they should naturally last 3-4 (5 if you’re lucky) weeks. These lashes had only lasted me 1-2 weeks, which was disappointing as £45 is quiet expensive for them to just fall out so quickly. They were very uncomfortable and I even woke up one morning with a clump of them in my eye. I am really unhappy with my experience mainly because my natural lashes got pulled out with the fake ones. My eyelashes are not as long as they used to be and are noticeably shorter. This the first time anything like this has happened as I have had many eyelash extensions in the past. Girls just do your research before you get lashes done.
