Took more than 2 hours instead of 1 hour, and they didn’t even file out the BIAB so it’s very bumpy when you look close and touch.

Izabel was lovely and did her best; despite her limited language, she was very sweet. But it was nothing
luxury about my luxury pedicure. First, I've been booked for the wrong treatment. I've asked for the regular pedi and been for the most expensive one, but that's ok. In the end, there wasn't a special seat, just a tiny, uncomfortable chair that wasn't born for it. Water in a basket - interesting choice, and an old colour. Not even water has been offered. The place needs a serious makeover.

Nails and toes look fantastic 😍. Also had an eyelash tint which looks really good.
