So I didn't actually get my hair done here but I'm still giving the salon a 5 star review. I'm a wheelchair user and finding a salon can be difficult because of accessibility. I booked an appointment at Neon last night, looking at the photo it looked accessible. However when I got there this morning there was a small step (my own fault for not calling and checking). The women I spoke to were very apologetic and I ended up going somewhere else. This afternoon I got a call from one of them saying that she had spoken to their boss who had then ordered a ramp, making the ground floor hair salon accessible. I can honestly say that this is the first time this has happened and I will be going back for my next appointment there and will encourage all my friends to do the same. Thank you for making your business more accessible! X
