The woman who cut my hair made a mess off it and now I’m having to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed

Booked to go here at short notice as all I wanted was a dry cut and not many places advertise this. Even though I was getting a fair bit off, my haircut lasted less than 10 mins from getting through the door to leaving. My hair does not take long to cut but I don't think this was worth the £20 I paid. Usually hairdressers spend longer and take a bit more care to encourage follow up custom.

First time visiting Neon and I’d definitely go back. Abbie was welcoming and friendly on arrival. I didn’t have to wait long at all. She chatted through my requirements and didn’t get too scissor happy (I didn’t want much off!). The salon itself has a nice feel & it was good value for money.
