Maria was absolutely amazing and so friendly! She took the time to explain the entire procedure clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. She also talked me through the aftercare process and made sure I fully understood everything before leaving. I felt really well looked after and would definitely recommend Maria!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The treatment I received did not match what was advertised on Treatwell or the standard I had experienced previously.
The main focus of the facial was supposed to be extraction, yet the extraction itself lasted approximately three minutes and felt rushed and careless. I was actually hurt during the process, which was particularly concerning.

Massage & therapist were great! However, venue right on Piccadilly Gardens allowed me to walk straight in with nobody at the desk. Felt a little unsafe knowing that anyone was able to walk in as I was having treatment. No toilet paper / soap in bathroom & massage room felt very office-like.
