Unfortunately the treatments both myself and my partner had were really poor quality. The masseur Ayesha was wearing long false nails which was unpleasant during the massage, I also felt her hair in my back several times due to it not being tied back appropriately. The massage mostly compromised of elbow massage, done poorly, which was not effective and was uncomfortable. The Indian head massage was 20minutes of pressing the same 8 points in my head - it didn’t comprise of a massage, any neck, shoulder or face massage and when I questioned this during the massage was was told “this is how it’s done where I was trained” - it is a shame that this was such an ignorant response when I have paid for a treatment; I should be able to ask for it to be tailored to a traditional Indian head that I had booked and paid for.
Overall I didn’t feel like the therapist card about her clients and had much pride in her therapy skills, she takes about her holidays and plugged her laser treatment for the majority of my treatment.
I wouldn’t return and can’t imagine that many people do - however therapists returning to some of their training and following traditional treatments would make a big difference.
A warm and friendly welcome. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. The treatments are amazing and make you feel relaxed and energised. Simply the best treatments I have ever received. I would highly recommend all treatments to others.
