As a smoker and coffee drinker of almost 3 decades, my teeth were lifted many shades and I achieved a brilliant result.
As a smoker I failed and couldn’t endure the 48 hours rule so I have slightly tinged my brilliant white teeth. So I suggest give up beforehand. I had a certain tooth feel slightly sensitive during the last third of procedure and the disposable mouth guard is a bit uncomfortable left my lower gum slightly sore. Which remedied itself after 3 days. Thank you Stephen 😊
