Great service. Nena was great just found da room sliggtly cramped for all she does. Great friendly staff and the service was really good considering im new to waxing she was patient with my small bursts of shock :)

The beautician was absolutely lovely, very professional and friendly and the place was very nice and clean underneath a hair salon. I was disappointed with my pedicure as I had asked specifically asked to get a deep foot scrub to get rid of the hard skin on my feet - which I didn't get. My manicure looked very nice, but chipped after just a day which is rare when I get it professionally done using OPI nail polish. The appointment also took 2.5 hours instead of 1.5 hours.

Excellent prompt service and made to feel very comfortable - which is what you want when waxing is being done! I would definately recommend Nena as she is professional and makes you feel like a client should.
