I have had a really hard time finding a good Hollywood waxing place in London. I come from America where they are really common and after having lots of bad experiences I was really left at a loss. This wax was great! Previously the hair was being broken off at the skin, but this waxing took it out all the way at the root so I stayed smooth for a few weeks rather than a few days. I definitely recommend it! So so so happy I finally found a place that I can trust.

Nena was very nice and competent. I just didn't like the fact that the beauty area is shared with the tan machine, which was quite noisy.
