I came in a couple of minutes early for my appointment, but I was served straight away not having to wait at all.
The girls were lovely and welcoming and the salon had a nice atmosphere. The room itself was very neatly laid out, you could tell they take pride in how it looks.
The wax was ready and there was again no waiting time at all. It was my first Hollywood wax and I expected it to be very painful, but before I knew it the first half had come off and I barely felt it. The wax used is very good, it doesn't stick to your skin and she was very careful not to put it on too hot. It was as comfortable as a wax can possibly be and my treatment was over in 15 mins - with out a hair left in sight. She is a perfectionist like myself and I can highly recommend the wax treatment at Nena's.
I know I will be coming back again soon!
Nena was the main highlight of my manicure. Lovely woman friendly and interesting. Very happy with my manicure. Nice room, plenty of space, clean & tidy. Good attention to detail - she redid one nail after it was dry as she wan't happy with the finish to make sure it was perfect. Thanks

Nenas customer service standards are great, she has a soothing voice and focuses on your relaxation, asking questions to understand your needs, please come to her if you want to relax.
Undortunately, I was in need of some therapeutic feet therapy as I am on my feet all day. So I needed something very firm and strong.
I came out very relaxed but not 100% satisfied.
Though I would still use her services as she really knows how to calm an active mind, as is passionate about what she does.
Nena was lovely, however, I was also approached by a young lady who was probably a trainee, I found the manner of which she spoke to me to be quite rude and unpleasant, no smile, bad indifferent attitude. Terrible.

Nena is the best. A friend recommended her to me a couple of years ago, and I have been to her for waxing ever since. I live and work miles away, but could never go anywhere else now.
