Lovely staff and amazing precise work wish it was always like that. You mustn't be in a rush when you take your appointment but its worth it to me. Wish the promo pedicure and manicure shellac was always on. Dont know about the wax and co. But defo a good shellac address !

I have done waxing (more than once) and shellac pedicure. She is VERY professional and the service is amazing. She is very nice and I find her products to be of very good quality. I recommend her 100%.
I'm a professional who works with lots of people on the high end of things. I have to look and feel good; these basics give me the self-confidence I need to not only succeed in what I do, but to enjoy doing it. Business or life in general, its the same. I saw Nena and her amazing team again for a therapeutic massage, French bikini wax, and facial a few days ago. I devoted my day to these because Nena's girls do it right, really right. They're more than professional... they're real people and connect with me in a genuine and personal way. They put me at ease with their natural, sweet and invested personalities, work their magic, and leave me feeling and looking my best. Iani did the massage. She's so good it's not to be believed. Then was Nena's facial where her gentle, assuring voice and perfect touch are an experience that everybody deserves. The waxing was as usually, perfect and painless. She uses the best lines of products. I do at home. Why would I go to a salon that gets them from PoundLand? I appreciate that she makes that kind of investment in me. I'm writing a lot because if anyone is reading this, I want you to be convinced about Nena, Iani, and their new assistant, Ilaria. Together they set a tone in that little space that has become my weekly Mecca. Thank you for all you do, Nena. You're a star.
Staff were very lovely and friendly, it was a really good value treatment. Felt nice and relaxed after the massage.

Girls were very friendly, space was downstairs and needed updating, good French manicure, pedicure varnish never set, they don't have drying machines and charged £3 for the cheap foam flip flops that are normally free, was rather surprised, so beware of this ridiculously priced hidden extra
