Nena is incredibly friendly and puts you at ease immediately. Her salon is super clean with some really nice personal touches. The wax itself was enjoyable! I never thought that would be possible. It doesn't hurt as much as a regular wax and my skin was in much better condition afterwards. I'll definitely be returning to Nena!
