Positives: the owner was very pleasant and welcoming, the beauty therapist who carried out my manicure was polite and gentle
Negatives: I booked a CND Shellac manicure but what they offer is fake Shellac made in China, which smells strong. I opted for a Gelish manicure (generally considered cheaper than CND Shellac but just as good) however I was shocked to see that they use fake Gelish too (made in Guangzhou, China). I asked to look at the bottles.
What a shame, such an elegant looking salon with polite staff using substandard cheap products but charging £30 for a basic manicure. My manicure chipped two days in. I may return to the salon but definitely not for a manicure or pedicure.

Very enjoyable visit. Staff very friendly, premises very clean and no waiting. Would highly recommend Nena and her staff.

The girls did a really good job. I loved the result. Gel is not thick and looks great. I found the cost of removal a little bit expensive (£10 only for hands), but happy in general.
