It was a decent wax and overall looks good. However, it was listed as a hot wax and I would say about 50% of it was strip wax/removed with strips. I understand this a different technique and has its benefits etc. but I had deliberately opted for what I thought was a hot wax only, which I personally find much less painful. This wax was therefore a bit uncomfortable and not quite what I thought I’d booked. Not bad, just not ideal.
