It was my first laser treatment (I was slightly nervous) and I had my patch test first. From the first moment I felt at ease and comfortable around Nena. She explained everything step by step and we made a plan for my hair removal. Everything was done very professionally and it is covid friendly too. Definitely would recommend this salon!
