The facial was nice and relaxing. Lots of massage and I liked that she did shoulders and neck too. Room was pleasant. They did not ask you to complete a questionnaire or anything. The only negative was that when I arrived I asked for an eyebrow wax too which she did during the facial- fine- but did not add any time. So my hour facial included my 10 min eyebrow wax which I didn’t think was fair.
