Made to wait 45 mins, missed the facial. Had to do the manicure with no polish as no time. Then had to change therapist as the one doing my tint had no idea and could have been dangerous.

The staff were very welcoming from moment I walked in. Nina was amazing she made me feel very relaxed throughout my treatment. I’m very pleased with the service, I will definitely be going back regularly now.
