Have been for a few Hollywood and leg wax recently and staff was friendly and space nice but they all DOUBLE DIP the hot wax spatula back into the wax pot after they apply it which is very bad and DANGEROUS especially when dealing with intimate areas as the bacteria are transmitted to the wax and can fester, which will then be applied to the next customer. They also used a razor to trim hairs in the intimate areas which was not cleaned with alcohol.

Just received a lash lift and my eyes are very very sore from all the wiping and rubbing due to mistakes having been made through out the process. I do see some tint but I don’t see much of a lift at all and giving what I had to put up with it’s not a great feeling at all. Worse 70pound I’ve spent. I’ve left the venue with glue around my eyes due to being too sore to remove anything else. Beautician was polite but you can tell she has some
skills but certainly not in the lash lift arena.
