The facial was lovely and thorough. I had booked a Shellac manicure, but unfortunately the salon doesn't use actual Shellac, but polish from a mix of cheaper, inferior brands (Mylee, Born Pretty, etc.) and does not even stick to one system at a time. That unfortunately impacts on the durability of the manicure.

This was my second visit to Nena Beauty and it was just as good as last time despite being a very busy Friday. Anna was attentiveand professional, as all the staff are, and take a lot of care to do a 5 star job. My lashes always come out looking beautiful!
