Absolute waste of time and money. Arrived on time and had to wait for 30 minutes.The massage did not help with any of my soreness, couldnt feel anything, felt more like someone just rubbing oil on me for an hour. I get at least 1-2 massage a month and this is the worse place i've been to in london. Probably ok for people who like really light massage and has no soreness. Cannot understand why its rated so high. Extremely disappointed with quality of massage and service.
