I wouldn't normally write a review, unless my experience has been exceptional.
This facial was a gift from my husband and I was unsure of what to expect. Nelly exceeded all my expectations, she's been extremely tentative and ensured that I'm comfortable throughout, which calmed my anxiety. My skin is feeling great and 4 more visits to go!
