Last minute booking and Lana was more than happy to squeeze me in. She is like a little whirlwind with the lashes and they looked perfect. Anyone in need of a new look for the weekend, I would definitely recommend. I have only had them in for a few days, but they haven't moved, split or dropped. Still look as good today as when they were first added.
Booked last minute for my mother. Did a wonderful job at calming her down and making her feel relaxed. She only had a trim but she walked out with amazing hair. So shiny and healthy looking. We will be repeat customers.

Two lovely girls, made me feel really comfortable and at ease! Listened to exactly what I wanted and did exactly that, really lovely girls, the salon it's self is beautifully decorated, clean modern and warm. 10/10 would definitely recommend and use again.

As soon as I walked into Nel and Phees I was greeted by two lovely ladies, both made me feel welcome. I told them what I was after - I was very specific as my hair had been coloured incorrectly by another salon and it looked damaged and dry. Leah talked me through what we could do and how it would look. They also have Oplex which I was interested in trying.
Because of all the different colours in my hair I was at the salon for a few hours, but the end result was so worth the wait. My hair looked better than I imagined and instantly looked more healthy. Since this appointment I’ve been to the salon for colour top ups, styles and up do’s. The girls are perfectionists and their salon is all about quality of service given rather than quantity of customers. I’m lucky to have found a salon I’m excited to keep revisiting and would highly recommend N&Ps.
