It wasn’t the therapist I booked, they were significantly less experienced and therefore had less technique than I am used to with Neil’s. Which matters for such an intimate area so it was really quite painful and stressful. Wax wasn’t ready and heated when I arrived so appointment was late starting. Generally a really unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.
