The venue was clean and the therapist welcoming. I think they overbooked and therefore there was pressure to get to customers quickly. My apt for example was delayed. Whilst the therapist did exactly what i asked for (curl my hair for a wedding) she managed to burn me 3 times with the tongs citing it was because my hair (shoulder length) was short. The last time was my forehead, which did unfortunately leave a mark.
