Maybe something to do with booking through treat well, but they were not expecting me. Just told me to take a seat, no drink offered, had to wait about 20 mins for my appointment but no apology. Place in general could be cleaner, staff could be more attentive and welcoming. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

First time visiting this salon the stylist I booked in with was sick.. I wasn’t informed prior to my appointment, The lady that did do my hair was lovely she worked in one of their different salons so I’m looking forward to going there for my next ap
