Delan was excellent. Polite, professional and friendly. She did a fantastic job of my cut and colour and helped to sort out an issue with my Treatwell booking mix up. Will definitely book with Dilan again and highly recommend to others.
Hair Colouring
Brilliant blow dry - 5 days later and my hair still looks great, haven’t even had to get out the dry shampoo yet!
Blow Dry
Venue lovely and everyone is polite. I booked to have my hair blow dried and prepaid on treatwell for a 45minute without extensions blow dry. Having had many blow drys in the past I explained I wanted lift/body to my hair, it was apparent my stylist was just inexperienced at parting the hair and methodically blow drying each section well.
I was a little dissatisfied but felt upset when they proceeded to ask for £20. I explained I had prepaid £32. There was no eye contact and so I left!
