Was told I had turned up late (yet I hadn’t and showed them my booking on the app!) I could hear the staff talking about me which was very unprofessional, and my whole haircut was rushed. I can still see split ends in my hair.

I booked and paid for a haircut in Bruntsfield through Treatwell, but when I arrived at the salon it was closed up despite saying it was open on google and on Treatwell.
I had already paid for the appointment and tried calling the number as well as all the other salons in Edinburgh but no one answered the phone.
