Gel removal wasn’t done well. They tried to file off my gelish completely which left my nails damaged and they didn’t get all my gelish off on my feet and I had to ask them a few times to buff my nails more because the filing didn’t get all the gelish off smoothly.
I also booked for Neeta but she didn’t do any of my appointments instead she was busy with someone else’s nails and did not apologise for missing my appointment.
