I booked a Brazilian hot wax, went in the room, she said “strip wax right?” To which I said “no I’ve ordered a hot wax” had to get off the table to show my phone to prove what I had ordered. THEN, she put wax everywhere and said “Hollywood wax right?” To which I said “no,brazillian” (I had literally just shown my booking) but it was too late so I had to have a Hollywood. When I got home I had to pluck out many hairs that were missed. She was really lovely but I wouldn’t risk going again.
