Neeta is friendly and nice, and I'm sure the other services at the salon are great, but for a facial specifically - I would not return or recommend it to others. As someone who has had facials at different salons in London, this 'classic facial' in comparison was the least effective I've had, very rough on the skin, and the setting was also far from a pleasant / relaxing experience. Sorry to leave a negative review, only doing so because this would have helped me prior to booking!
