VERY VERY bad service. The woman I booked for my blowdry is a liar, ignorant, has no form of knowledge what customer service is. Booked a blowdry but she never turned up to the appointment was left with a woman who did NOT know how to blowdry. My hair was wet when I was informed that she won’t be coming and therefore I can have my hair dried and straightened. I had an event to go to therefore had no other choice. Could not communicate my concern as the woman present could not speak English.

Very happy with my eyebrows after my threading appointment - great value for money! Location is much further away from Barking station than it shows on the Treatwell app unfortunately (though Google maps is accurate). Venue is not the most clean.

I got my daughter’s hair cut here and I totally regret it. Never again, the way she was cutting it, with no effort, care or attention. She didn’t make my daughter feel comfortable. When I got home I realised there was a section of hair that she missed out and I had to rectify myself! Appalling standards. And another thing, she is there speaking to her assistant in their native language, which I found totally unprofessional. Like I said - never again!

The saloon was empty, the lady was okay on doing my eyebrows but she didn’t do it very well. My left eyebrow still not done and unfortunately I noticed at home.
Also, I asked her how much was and she said £5 but in reality supposed to be £4.50
It’s fine I don’t care for the 0.50 but overall not a great experience
