Waxing table cover was dirty with previous clients wax everywhere m guessing and even floor was not hoover .

Not a good second time - she was starting her lunch just as we arrived a minute before the booking, The venue wasn't very clean, the wax pot was used with old dirty wax on the sides with a used wooden stick in the pot. She didn't clean her hands prior or clean the skin before waxing, then used the same stick she used on my mum to then wax me. Our eyebrows are uneven and irritated. Neelam called my mum to dispute her review and call her a liar, despite her not being there herself to see the mess

Neelam, I was not happy, the wax pot was dirty,there was a used stuck there,which the lady used on myself and the overall cleanly Ness of the place was not good,I'm not happy at all with my eyebrows which they are uneven and oive been itching,
