I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. I paid £35 for a pedicure, but the whole service was done by hand with minimal tools. I specifically requested normal nail polish because I didn’t want gel, and it seemed like that was understood. But after a basic scrub and removal of my old gel, they just told me I was done—no actual polish applied, and then they charged me an extra £5 just for the removal. In the end, I paid for a full pedicure and got nothing to match the price.
