The massage room and building itself are very corporate, run down and unrelaxing in their look and feel. The front door was when my massage finished so had to go out via a fire exit I only found by a long process of elimination which was stressful - they need a sign at reception, if there was a fire or emergency it would be really bad! Ivan is thorough and did a good job easing out tension. He talks throughout (about himself) so if you want to switch off and relax isn’t the one for you
