The room could have been more cosy with nicer furnishings and lightings like a proper spa set up.
The staff at Neals Yard are always friendly and informative. The therapist i had took a full history prior i had a fantastic therapeutic massage which really helped the pain i had in my back. i would highly recommend the treatments available at Neals yard
